Caffeine-free herbal tea
Caffeine-Free Herbal Teas
Two flower teas, both naturally caffeine free. Butterfly pea (blue tea) brews a deep indigo that turns purple with lemon. Hibiscus brews ruby red with a bright, tart taste. Both are whole dried flowers with no added colour or flavour.

Questions people ask
Are these teas caffeine free?
Yes. Butterfly pea and hibiscus are flowers, not tea leaves, so neither contains caffeine.
Can I add honey?
Yes. Let the tea cool for a minute, then stir in a spoon of raw forest honey.
Can I drink them every day?
Most people enjoy one or two cups a day. Hibiscus can lower blood pressure, so if you take blood pressure medicine or are pregnant, check with your doctor first.
Why does blue tea change colour?
The flowers contain natural pigments that react to acid. Add a squeeze of lemon and the blue turns violet.
