Raw honey is not heated or filtered the way most supermarket honey is, so it keeps its natural taste and texture. Each jar is honey only, with nothing added.

Questions people ask

Why has my honey gone thick or grainy?

That is crystallisation, and it is normal for raw honey. Stand the jar in warm (not hot) water for a few minutes and it turns runny again.

How should I store it?

Keep the lid closed and store it at room temperature, away from sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it.

Can children have honey?

Yes, but never give honey to babies under one year old.
